I am sure parents will recall the competition we had in school to design a sign for one of the entrances to Bingham. The two lucky winners, George from Year 3 and Richard from Year 6, spent the morning of Thursday 16th February visiting Malcolm Lane and Sons, the company in Cropwell Bishop who have transformed the children’s designs from paper into metal. We joined children from Robert Miles Infants and Carnarvon Primary School and were all amazed by the size of the signs! The children joined the Mayor of Bingham to see how their original designs were transferred to sheet metal.
