The Friends of Robert Miles’s purpose is to support the school in increasing the involvement of parents and families in school life, fundraise to provide additional income and to develop the school’s role and position within the local community.
The parent body operates within the remit of the school. The Headteacher will decide how funds are spent and be responsible for arranging the support provided by the school building and staff. Any costs must therefore be agreed, in advance and in writing, by the Headteacher. Funds are held within the school bank account with up to date information provided to members periodically by the school office.
